The
tradition of sending Christmas cards begun in 1843. The first Christmas
card was produced in England and featured an illustration by John Calcott
Horsley. Early English cards rarely showed winter or religious themes, instead
favoring flowers, fairies and other fanciful designs that reminded the recipient
of the approach of spring. I have created some unique Christmas E-Cards
to send to your loved ones.
